Awesome content. Im also an English teacher here in Japan. I teach adults business English and school kids (of all grades in cram school. However English lessons are only once a week so it will take some time for them to get to a speaking level, with the exception of the Adult classes in which they need a certain grade on their TOIC or EIKEN Exam in order to join it.
